Puckett Cemetery

Center Township currently maintains one cemetery within our area. Located just west of Kokomo on State Road 22 is Puckett Cemetery. Puckett Cemetery has been around since the early 1800's and was first started as a free burial place for anyone that needed it, first started by the Christian Congregation church is now under the maintenance of Center Township. Puckett Cemetery has many unmarked graves and records are very minimal. Center Township mainly plays the part of caretaker of the cemetery ground and keeping it as beautiful as possible
