Center Township Community Service Building
Adjacent to the Center Township Trustee's Office, The Community Service Building is open concept building with space for meetings and events. The Township Community Service providers and non-profits have top priority to rent/use the space, but the general public can also utilitze the building for small events like Bridal Showers, Birthday Parties, Graduation Open Houses, etc.
Applications for use and Building Rules can be downloaded below or you can pick up one from our office. For more information or to rent the building for a special event, email csb@centertownship1.com.
The Community service building has hook ups for presentations as well as phone access and a sound system, if needed.
The Community service building is equipped with a full kitchen with an electric smoothtop range, microwave and full-size fridge.
The building has two ADA compliant bathrooms for convenience.

Center Township of Howard County - Parking Lot Rental
Parking Lot Rental is free to the public, meaning individuals or organizations can use the lot without a rental fee. However, approval is still required, especially for organized events or large gatherings.

Submit a request or complete any required paperwork.
- Provide details such as the date, time, and purpose of use.
